Enhancing Production Efficiency and Farm Profitability Through Innovative Extension Programming

Cooperative Extension strives to provide agricultural producers with non-formal educational opportunities designed positively impact agriculture (NIFA, 2021). Therefore, a team of professionals at the University Nebraska – Lincoln developed and facilitate an ongoing professional development program enhance engagement in farm management, especially areas input use efficiency profitability. Andragogy was used as framework help ensure Testing Agricultural Performance Solutions (TAPS) provided education that aligned andragogical principles.
